The site previously housed Lodo’s Bar and Grill and is located across from Coors Field.

The 22,000 square foot finished site consists of two existing buildings that have undergone major renovations, including an addition of 6,000 square feet.

The buildings at 1942 Market Street and 1946 Market Street were renovated and expanded. The restaurant’s two-story infill structure and extended patio were built over an existing surface parking lot east of 1946 Market Street, while a second-story rooftop addition was built from the facade. historic 1946 Market Street.

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row is described as “an American gourmet pub featuring award-winning food and drink, exhilarating nightlife and a rock’n’roll attitude inspired by Dierks himself.”

Denver Restaurant and Bar features Southern-inspired dishes and cocktails as well as a state-of-the-art sound system using professional grade components, a stage for live music with an immersive 65ft LED wall and a large outdoor patio with lawn games.

“I spend a lot of time in Colorado so this was definitely the next most suitable location for Whiskey Row,” Bentley said. “The neighborhood is a great vibe to experience Denver, whether you’re a local or a tourist, and I can’t wait to be back there and have a cold in the Mile High City at my home.”

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row has three locations in Arizona and one on Nashville’s historic Lower Broadway.

First announced in November 2019, a groundbreaking ceremony for Denver Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row was held in February 2021. Keynote speakers included Bentley; Denver Mayor Michael Hancock; Tami Door, President and CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership, and Kenneth Monfort, Executive Vice President of Monfort Companies.

Project managers added that several structural and design improvements have been made to “preserve, enhance and perpetuate” the historic significance of the buildings.
