After months of seeking guidance from God, the Southern Gospel Music Association is delighted to announce an agreement with the Biblical Times Theater to house the SGMA Hall of Fame & Museum at their premises located at 2391 Parkway in Pigeon Forge.
The announcement was made this evening during a concert with SGMA board member Jonathan Wilburn at the Biblical Times Theater.
Kaylee Davis, Creative Director of Biblical Times, says, “On behalf of the owners, management and staff of Biblical Times, we are proud to welcome the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame Museum to our family! We strive to glorify the Lord in our nightly broadcasts as we bring the stories of the scriptures to life and with the southern gospel rooted here in the Great Smoky Mountains, it seems only fitting that we come together. We look forward to what God has in store for us in the months and years to come with the museum, and pray that it will bring joy and encouragement to all who visit it! Once again, it is an honor for us to partner with the music that shares the world’s greatest message and to be the new home of the SGMA Museum.
Arthur Rice, SGMA President, said, “We are delighted and grateful to the Lord for the blessing of a new home for SGMA. We have a lot of work ahead of us and the folks at Biblical Times have been an absolute joy to work with them. We believe this joint venture will carry not only the history and future of our music, but Christ’s message to many. Please pray for us over the next few months as we move to our new home. “
