Ventura Music Hall, food recycling, subjects to the neighborhood council

The opening of Ventura Music Hall is one of the topics that will be discussed at the Midtown Ventura Neighborhood Council meeting on Thursday.

The virtual reunion will feature Thomas Cussins, president of Ineffable Music, a music company that purchased the closed Discovery Ventura at 1888 E. Thompson Blvd. Cussins will talk about the renovations and concerts his company plans to book at the Ventura Music Hall in the city center. Its launch is scheduled for March 2022.

A representative from the Ventura Police Department will also provide an update on the increase in downtown graffiti and other criminal tendencies.

The virtual meeting starts at 7 p.m.
